An event professional and graduate student, I've spent the last few years working in hospitality and events from just about every angle — running events, leading teams, building floor plans, and sometimes starting something from scratch. What I enjoy most is working with people and helping turn their ideas into something real. I've gotten to work on some pretty cool projects along the way, and I'm always up for the next one.

I'm continuing my education at Oklahoma State University through the 4+1 program in Hospitality and Tourism Management. I'm pursuing my master's while continuing to work in the industry, giving me the chance to put what I'm learning into practice rather than keeping it in the classroom.
Meeting & Conference Services, OSU Student Union
As a Building Manager for OSU's Student Union, I'm responsible for much more than setting up rooms. I oversee day-to-day event operations, lead and coordinate student staff, work directly with clients, and make on-the-spot decisions when something doesn't go according to plan. I'm often the person responsible for making sure an event actually runs the way it's supposed to — from the first setup to the last person out of the building.
Event & Destination Management Specialist Intern
My internship with Factor 110 gave me the opportunity to take what I had learned on campus and apply it to large-scale events in a professional setting. I worked on floor plans, rental design, logistics, and client projects, while also taking ownership of a large expo project from planning through execution. It was one of my first opportunities to manage a project of that scale and gave me real experience seeing an event come together from the ground up.
A few things worth pointing to from the work so far.
Helped organize and run Capital Cruise entirely in-house — an event that broke the world record for the largest classic car parade ever, with nearly 3,600 cars on the route. I was solely responsible for the starting line and ran three "party zones" spanning three linear miles of the parade.

Multicolor PLA
When the wall-mounted box that held our office keys broke, I kept the original mount and designed a new box to slot right onto it — along with matching keychains stamped with our room number and phone number, so a lost set finds its way back.
White PLA
A two-piece cover that snaps together to shield my keyboard from dust and cat hair when it's not in use. Split apart, the halves tuck underneath the keyboard itself — out of the way, but still giving it a slight lift for typing.
PLA + magnets
Custom-fit holders for the rechargeable light sticks mounted above my record player. Each one has printed imprints for the mounting screws and a fitted pocket that embeds a magnet, so the lights snap into place but pop right off when they need to be recharged.
Orange PLA
A slim, single-leg stand for keeping my drink right at the perfect height next to my favorite spot on the couch, without a side table eating up the floor space. The three-point foot keeps it steady, and the holder on top is cut open on one side so a mug handle still fits through and stays easy to grab.
Wood-tone PLA
A pair of low risers for my vintage bookshelf speakers, styled after the tapered wood stands JBL sold alongside their speakers in the 70s. Each one's printed in a wood-tone finish to blend with the cabinets, tilting the drivers up slightly without the bulk of a full-height stand.
PLA + magnets
A two-piece holder for the roll of tape I use to date whatever goes in or out of the fridge — groceries, leftovers, stuff I've made. The two halves slide together to secure the roll while still letting the tape pull free easily, and magnets embedded in the back keep the whole thing stuck to the door.
